Rick Tutunjian
Rick Tutunjian is a journeyman tenor saxophonist throughout New England. In addition to performing with the Prescription, he has been a member of a number of local projects throughout Western Massachusetts including the Interplay Jazz Band, The Jeff D'Antona Quartet, Ndigo Moon, Iron City, The Caravan/Moanin Dove, The Joe Green Ensemble, The Jason Schwartz Project, and Reincarnation. In his formative years he studied music with Ralph Lalama (of the Village Vanguard Orchestra) and Adam Kolker (longtime member of Ray Barretto's band). Rick is a versatile musician who is equally at home in the worlds of jazz, blues, and rock music.
